Hi! I'm Alex

I am a dedicated health and wellness coach with over a decade of experience in behavioral mental health and a strong background in therapeutic recreation. Over the years, I have worked with diverse populations, helping individuals navigate personal challenges, build resilience, and adopt healthier lifestyles.I have worked with kids as young as 5 years old up until 80+. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, I take a holistic approach to wellness, blending mental, emotional, and physical health practices to empower clients to break through barriers and achieve their personal goals. I am in the process of completing the Wellcoaches certification program, which will qualify me to sit for the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) exam.When I'm not helping others focus on their wellness journey, I am focusing on my own. My favorite past time is spending time outside with my family (including my dog, Stella) probably hiking or exploring somewhere new!


What I do

I help individuals identify, develop, and implement strategies to modify behaviors that hinder their personal or professional goals. This type of coaching focuses on fostering positive habits, improving decision-making, and supporting you in overcoming obstacles like unhealthy habits, stress, or negative thought patterns. By setting achievable goals and providing accountability, I work with clients to create lasting change in areas such as anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, productivity, and overall well-being.
